We build
paths designed
to last.

Leave work in the evening knowing that the next day you can start again as usual.

Why MPC exists

Every project begins with a balance between needs, resources and what comes next.

There is no single right solution for everyone. There is the right solution for that context, that budget and that moment.

Fragility is not an inevitable consequence of growth. It is the result of design that failed to anticipate change.

Every system evolves.

Growth and change must be absorbed without putting the system under strain. That is why we design ahead, preparing today for what may be needed tomorrow, even when it does not yet exist.

The MPC Method

The principle

Analyse before deciding. Design before building. Anticipate before acting.

MPC does not start with the technology to install, but with the problem to understand. Each project balances objectives, constraints, resources, budget, time and future development.

First we test the design: what could put the system under pressure, how the context may change and what new requirements may emerge.

It is not caution for its own sake. It is preventive design.

How it becomes practical work

Solutions follow from analysis. Firewalls, Cloud, video surveillance, backup, artificial intelligence or open-source platforms are not the starting point: they become tools when the project requires them.

Design means deciding what to include, what to exclude, what to simplify and what to leave open for future development.

A system must be able to grow, change and integrate new technologies without forcing a complete restart.

Tools change. The method does not.

A project is not finished when it works. It is mature when it is ready to withstand change.

Systems design

MPC designs systems, not simple collections of technologies.

A system is not the sum of its components. It is the balance between people, processes, tools, data, procedures and infrastructure that must work together coherently.

Every project starts from its context: objectives, resources, operational constraints, sustainable complexity and room for future development. This is why MPC does not start from a catalogue of solutions, but from the real conditions in which those solutions must work.

Firewalls, Cloud, video surveillance, VoIP, backup, artificial intelligence and open-source platforms are tools. They create value only when placed within a clear, proportionate and manageable architecture.

Design means deciding what to include, what to exclude, what to simplify and what to leave open for the future. A well-designed system must be maintainable, documented, expandable and understandable by whoever may manage it tomorrow.

The value of a system lies not in its individual components, but in the way they work together.

Technical coordinates

The project map

Technical coordinates are not a service catalogue.

They are the reference points within which design operates today: infrastructure, security, Cloud, business continuity, data, artificial intelligence, automation, communication and collaboration tools.

MPC does not start from these technologies. It works across them.

Each project determines which coordinates to use, which to exclude, which to integrate and which to leave open for the future. No technology is mandatory and no solution is right outside its context.

The project remains at the centre: the people who will use it, the processes it must support, the constraints it must respect and the development it must allow.

Where the project becomes operational

MPC projects may include cybersecurity, firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, endpoint protection, Webroot/OpenText antivirus, server infrastructure, virtualisation, NAS, private Cloud, collaboration tools, backup, disaster recovery, IP video surveillance, VoIP, automation and artificial intelligence.

Not as a mandatory list, but as a set of available tools.

MPC's role is to build, together with the client, a balance between real needs, available tools, sustainable budget and room for development: deciding what to use, what to integrate, what to simplify and what to leave open for the future.

The view remains comprehensive. The work becomes specialised when needed.

Ecosystem

MPC works within an ecosystem of skills, relationships and projects.

The collaboration with HubitaProject began alongside the association's development and has grown over time through technical support, shared digital tools and operational infrastructure designed to support members, project groups and association activities.

Through HubitaProject and the service Desk4EU, MPC connects with a broader environment where design, communication, EU project development, innovation and technical support can come together in practical projects.

This experience also shapes our attention to Third Sector organisations: associations, ETS entities and non-profits that need sustainable, reliable and genuinely usable digital solutions.

MPC can support them in selecting and managing technology, with particular attention to open-source solutions, business continuity and digital autonomy.

Before solutions, there is the conversation.

The most important decisions are not always the ones that produce immediate results.

They are often the ones that continue to shape an organisation for years.

Those are the decisions we work on.

Before discussing products, technologies or suppliers, we try to understand the context.

Every decision changes the balance between people, processes, tools, investment and future prospects. Our role is to build systems that can preserve that balance as needs change and technologies evolve.

We support organisations facing growth, change or a new challenge.

  • design a new infrastructure or a new site;
  • reorganise existing systems without interrupting operations;
  • integrate Open Source, Cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and new technologies within a coherent system;
  • understand how ready an infrastructure really is to evolve;
  • bring order before investing;
  • evaluate different solutions independently.

When it is time to address one of these areas, we start with a conversation.

We do not propose off-the-shelf solutions.
We build paths that make sense today and continue to make sense tomorrow.

Tell us about your context. We will build the path together.
