Network architecture

Separation of offices, departments, guests, video surveillance, telephony and dedicated devices through physical networks or VLANs. Each area communicates only with the resources it needs, reducing exposure and interference.
DNS and DHCP
Orderly management of IP addresses, automatic assignments and names used to reach servers and services. Low-visibility elements, but essential to a stable and easily administered network.
Professional Wi-Fi
Coverage, capacity, access separation and centralised device management. The wireless network is integrated into the overall architecture, separating internal users, guests and service devices when required.
Systems and services
Domain management
Centralised administration of users, groups, workstations, permissions and shared resources. Accounts and permissions are managed consistently with roles, responsibilities and operating practices.
Virtualisation
Multiple servers and services can share the same hardware while remaining in separate environments. Virtualisation simplifies maintenance, migration, backup, recovery and infrastructure expansion.
NAS and private Cloud
Centralised storage, document sharing, synchronisation and controlled access to data. The system is sized and organised around workflows and the digital assets to be managed.

Security and continuity
Firewall and VPN
Traffic control between the Internet, internal networks and remote sites. VPNs provide protected access to company resources, while firewall rules define which communications are allowed and between which environments.
Endpoint security
Servers and workstations are protected through antivirus and security tools administered from a central console.
Configurations, device status and licences remain consistent: one management point, aligned renewals and the ability to add or remove protected endpoints as needed.
Where useful, technical protection can be complemented by training and awareness activities on cyber risks.
Backup and recovery
Data copies are designed together with the procedures required to verify and restore them. Media, frequency, retention and separation depend on the value of the data and the required recovery times.

Rules and management
Access policies and intranet
Accounts, passwords, shared folders, personal devices, remote access and use of internal resources require clear rules. Technology applies organisational decisions and makes authorised behaviour consistent.
Data protection and GDPR
Configurations, access, retention and movement of data are assessed with GDPR protection principles in mind. Technical measures support the organisational and documentary decisions of the data controller.
Technical documentation
Diagrams, addressing, configurations, inventories and procedures keep the infrastructure understandable over time. Updated documentation simplifies support, handovers and future work.
Monitoring and maintenance
Monitoring system status, updates, available capacity and alerts helps identify anomalies and maintenance needs before they become operational problems.
Modularity
A complete project or a specific need
It is not always necessary to redesign the entire infrastructure.
A need may concern only workstation security, network segmentation, server virtualisation, a private Cloud or the introduction of new backup policies.
Each intervention can be developed independently and integrated with what is already in place, or become part of a broader development path.
